How to escalate a complaint with Amul
If the first response isn’t good enough, here’s the path to a resolution.
Amul is an Indian dairy cooperative with a structured customer care system. For product or order issues, start with the toll-free helpline or email, then escalate to the grievance officer, and finally to the National Consumer Helpline if unresolved.
Contact Amul Customer Care
Reach out to Amul's primary customer support via their toll-free number or email for product or order-related issues.

Escalate to Grievance/Nodal Officer
If the first line of support does not resolve your issue, escalate to Amul's grievance redressal team or corporate office.
Mention your previous complaint reference number and request escalation to a grievance officer.
If you used the online portal, use the 'Track Complaint' feature to follow up.
External Consumer Forum (National Consumer Helpline)

Tips for a stronger escalation
Always keep records of your purchase, including receipts, batch numbers, and any communication with customer care.
Use the official complaint portal to create a paper trail and get a complaint reference number.
Be polite but persistent; escalate to a supervisor or grievance officer if the first response is unsatisfactory.
If the issue involves health or safety, report it to FSSAI immediately.
For online orders, check the refund policy on the Amul eStore website before contacting support.
If you do not get a resolution within a reasonable time, file a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline.
Stop chasing emails
Log the complaint once in the Simply C2 app and keep every escalation step, date and reply in one place.
