Anwesha CRM is a software products firm that makes software products on web and mobile platform. Anwesha CRM has a flagship product – Saleswah CRM and other supporting products, including but not limited to Simply C2. Anwesha CRM’s products help its customers run sales and customer service operations in India and abroad.

Anwesha CRM respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. We comply with the principles of the Data Protection Act 1998 as amended or replaced and the EU Regulation 2016/679 General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”).

Simply C2

Simply C2 is a software platform that brings together customers and manufacturers for post sales support. Any manufacturer of goods can create an account in Simply C2 and create its own space for its customers to contact it for support.

On their part, customers need to register only once on the Simply C2 platform and use their single authenticated profile for contacting their service provider. Needless to say, transactions and communication with one service provider is never shared with another service provider.

Our Privacy Policy explains the your privacy rights and how to exercise them; the type of information we collect, use, share and protect your personal data; rights of access to your data.

This Data Handling Policy relates to our use of any personal information you provide to us through Simply C2 web application or mobile app.

User Data

In order to be a registered user (service provider) on the system, you will need to provide and maintain data related to your name, email address, mobile number and designation as well as specific role related to your function in the software.

End Customer Data (Contact Data)

Service providers on their own can use the Simply C2 platform to store their end customer profile information: including, but not limited to Name, Email, Mobile number, Employer Name, Tax ID and Location information.

End customers can self-register on the system and can add their name, mobile number, email address, Tax ID, Employer Name and Location information for the purpose of availing support services from the service provider (s) they choose.

Storing and deleting data related to your service contacts

Simply C2 collects/ transmits and stores your contacts’ name, email, postal address, phone numbers to enable you to contact them for providing customer support and sales offers. The collection happens on the Simply C2 mobile app or on the web app (accessible at https://crm.simplyc2.com ). You and only members of your authorised user group can access this data for the purpose of addition, updation or deletion.

Your access and rights of updation/ deletion to your own contact data

If your personal data is stored on our platform by any one of our clients, you can email us at privacy@anwesha.in to

  • share the content of the data
  • request for amendment or deletion of the data.

The request must be accompanied by the name of our client organization who you think have your data.

We will communicate your request to the client administrator of the appropriate client organization keeping your in the loop.

You can view and update your details at any time on the Simply C2 app. You can also delete your profile from the app.

 

Data Integrity and Purpose Limitation

Anwesha CRM takes reasonable steps to ensure that data are reliable for their intended use, as well as accurate, complete and current. Data processed by Anwesha CRM are solely those relevant for the purposes for which they are supplied / collected and to be used.
