Terms and Conditions

Last updated: November 2026

The short version: Simply C2 is a service your business subscribes to. You use it fairly, you pay for the seats you order, and your data stays yours. We keep the service running to a reasonable standard, and either of us can end the agreement with fair notice. How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy and Data Handling Policy, not here.

1. About these Terms

These Terms are between you and Anwesha Customer Relations Marketing Pvt Ltd, Delhi (“Anwesha CRM”, “we”). They cover all our software and services, including Simply C2, whether paid, free, trial or demo. You accept them when you click Submit to create an account for your company, or when you log in to an account your company created for you.

If you accept for a company, you confirm that you have the authority to do so, and you will share these Terms with everyone in your company who uses the service. If we change these Terms in a material way, we will announce it on our website homepage.

2. Customers raising a complaint

If you use Simply C2 to log or escalate a complaint with a company, we help you reach that company. We do not decide your complaint and we cannot promise an outcome, because resolving it is the company’s job. Letters and emails we help you draft are yours to review and send. Section 4 applies to everyone. The sections on accounts, licences and payments are for company subscribers.

3. Your account and licence

  • Each licence belongs to one named person and cannot be shared. If that person leaves or changes role, you can reassign the licence to someone else during the term. Licences renew individually.
  • Please give us accurate account and billing details.
  • If you learn that a password or any data has been compromised, tell us straight away at simply@simplyc2.com and do not pass it on.

4. Using Simply C2 fairly

Please use the service lawfully, and do not:

  • interfere with the software, or try to get unauthorised access to it or to our networks or servers;
  • pretend to be someone else, or give false details about yourself or your employer;
  • send spam or unsolicited commercial messages;
  • store or send anything unlawful, obscene, threatening or defamatory, or that violates someone’s privacy;
  • knowingly upload viruses or other harmful code;
  • store sensitive details about your customers or users, such as health, religion, political views, ethnicity, sexual orientation or criminal history. We don’t need them (see our Privacy Policy).

Alerts. Some of our products send SMS or WhatsApp alerts about your work, such as ticket updates. When you add your mobile number to your profile, you agree to receive these alerts from a number owned by Anwesha CRM for as long as you are a registered user. You can remove your number from your profile at any time to stop them.

5. Your data

Your data is yours. We host it so that you can use the service, and we and our staff will not look at it unless you give permission or the law requires.

Your administrator can export all your data (profiles, tickets and reports) with the in-app tools at any time. Please do this before your subscription ends. After it ends, we keep your data for 30 days, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. In that time you can ask us to help with an export, and we will do it within a reasonable time. Large or custom extractions may carry a fee.

6. Payments

  • You pay for the number of seats you order, not the number of active users. Seats already paid for are not reduced automatically. Your administrator can reduce the number if you need fewer.
  • To add users beyond your seats, buy more licences.
  • We bill in advance. Fees do not include taxes, which you pay.
  • If a bill looks wrong, write to FinAcc@anwesha.in within 10 days.
  • Keep your billing details (legal company name, address, email, and your billing and licence administrator contacts) accurate, and update them within 10 days of a change.

7. Availability and updates

We work to keep the service available and working as described in our documentation on simplyc2.com. We update it from time to time, which can cause short interruptions. We provide it “as is” and “as available”, so we cannot promise that it will never be interrupted or that it will suit a particular purpose, to the extent the law permits. Any uptime commitment would need to be in a separate written agreement.

Things outside our control. Neither of us is responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, government action, strikes, war or terrorism, power or internet outages, or failures of our upstream providers. This does not remove a duty to pay.

Third-party data. Some features use data from third parties, including government sources, such as location data. We do not control that data and cannot guarantee its accuracy or availability. We are not responsible for problems caused by a third-party source being wrong or unavailable.

8. Ending the agreement

You can stop using the service at any time. To have your personal data deleted, see our Data Handling Policy.

If a payment is overdue, we may suspend your access after letting you know. For other breaches of these Terms, we will tell you and give you 30 days to put it right, but we may suspend access sooner if needed to protect the service or other users.

After your access is suspended or ends, we keep your data for 30 days, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. In that time you can pay what is due and ask us to restore access, or ask for your data (see section 5). After that we may delete it.

9. Our property

The software, services, images and apps belong to Anwesha CRM and its licensors. Using them does not give you ownership. We may use any feedback or suggestions you share about the service. We may say that you are a customer (your company name only); tell us if you would rather we did not.

10. Responsibility and liability

  • Each of us confirms that we have the power to enter this agreement. You also confirm that the information you give us is true.
  • You will cover us against third-party claims, losses and legal fees that arise from your use of the service in breach of these Terms, or from data you put into it. We will cover you against third-party claims that the Simply C2 software itself infringes someone’s intellectual property rights.
  • Neither of us is liable to the other for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, revenue or data.
  • Each of our total liability is limited to the amount you paid or owed in the 12 months before the event that led to the claim.

11. Law, notices and export

  • Law. Indian law governs these Terms. Disputes go to the courts in or near New Delhi.
  • Notices. We may notify you with a notice on the service or by email to the address on your account. A posted notice is treated as received 48 hours after we post it. An email is treated as received when we send it (or on the next business day, if we send it on a weekend or public holiday), unless it bounces. You can send notices to us at legal@anwesha.in.
  • Export. Some features may be subject to export control rules. If you use the service outside India, you are responsible for following local laws. By using it, you confirm that you are not in an embargoed country, that you will follow India’s export laws, and that you will not use it for anything linked to nuclear, biological or chemical weapons or missiles.
