In field service, the technician travels to the equipment. At a service centre, the equipment comes to you, and the job is to diagnose, estimate, repair and send it back quickly and profitably. This manufacturer repairs components sent in from the field across about 10 service centres on Simply C2, and invoices went up 30%.

A field team’s problem is travel and territory. A service centre’s problem is the bench: what came in, what’s waiting for approval or parts, and what’s ready to go back.
Simply C2 handles both models. This page shows it running a network of service centres. For the product side, see service centre automation.

The manufacturer makes dosing pumps, multiport valves and components for water ATMs. It sells through dealers and partners, some of whom sell under their own brand. When something fails, the component that needs repair or replacement comes back to one of its service centres.
Each centre is run by a service manager with two or three junior technicians. Before Simply C2, there was no central record of the equipment in the field.

Dealers and customers log complaints on the mobile app. Each one goes to the nearest service centre, with a notification in the app and on WhatsApp.
The service manager assigns the job to a technician and can reassign it if someone is away. The customer can message the technician on the app or WhatsApp at any stage, including photos. See repair service management.
After diagnosis, the technician raises an itemised estimate from the mobile app. The customer approves it before the repair starts. When the job closes, Simply C2 generates a tax invoice automatically.
Warranty status is checked first, so covered repairs aren’t billed and out-of-warranty work always is. The result: 30% more invoices raised and revenue realisation up 35%. See warranty tracking.

The manufacturer had no central record of its installed equipment. Now it has more than 7,000 units on record, each with its service history. See installed base tracking.
Instant assignment and notifications made turnaround times predictable, and the time taken to answer customer queries went down.
Itemised estimates showed customers exactly what they were paying for, and logging every spare part used gave them confidence the parts were genuine.
Automatic status updates, plus photos and messages shared on the app and WhatsApp, kept customers informed without anyone having to call.
Water treatment equipment, phones, laptops or pumps: the bench works the same way, and so does the money.

Running the repair work that comes in to your service centres: logging each job, assigning it to a technician, diagnosing it, getting the estimate approved, repairing, invoicing and handing the equipment back, across every branch.
In field service the technician travels to the equipment. At a service centre the equipment comes to you. Simply C2 supports both; the service centre setup focuses on job routing, estimates, spares and turnaround time. See service centre automation.
Yes. In this case study, complaints logged on the app were routed to the nearest service centre, and the service manager there assigned them to a technician.
Yes. The technician raises an itemised estimate from the mobile app, the customer approves it, and a tax invoice is generated automatically when the job closes.
Yes, especially for multi-branch chains: job routing by branch, itemised estimates, parts logging and customer updates work the same way for devices as for water treatment equipment.
Adding your logo is a small change. A fully white-labelled app, published on the Play Store under your name, is a separate build that has to be maintained for years, so it only makes sense for large networks: roughly 15 to 20 centres and 70 or more technicians, with a multi-year commitment. Custom APIs and workflows are in the same category. They are quoted separately and add ongoing maintenance, which is why most teams stay on the standard product and configure it.
The Starter plan is free for up to 10 users and covers repair tickets. Repair estimates, spare parts logistics and financial workflows such as invoicing are on the Premium plan, at ₹5,000 per user per year, billed for every user. Data migration and onboarding are free for paid customers; custom dashboards and reports are quoted separately. See license pricing.
We migrate your data, set up your estimates and invoices, and a named lead takes you through go-live in one to two weeks.
