How to escalate a complaint with Toyota
If the first response isn’t good enough, here’s the path to a resolution.
Toyota Kirloskar Motor (TKM) offers multiple customer support channels for feedback, grievances, and complaints. For unresolved issues, escalation options include the TKM Ombudsman portal and, ultimately, India's consumer protection mechanisms.

Tips for a stronger escalation
Keep all documents, bills, and service records handy before escalating.
Always note the complaint reference number and the name of the representative you spoke with.
Be polite but firm; clearly state your expected resolution and a reasonable deadline.
If the issue is safety-critical, mention this explicitly to expedite handling.
Escalate in writing (email or portal) to maintain a paper trail.
If you are not satisfied with the company's final response, you can approach the consumer commission within the prescribed limitation period.
Stop chasing emails
Log the complaint once in the Simply C2 app and keep every escalation step, date and reply in one place.
