If the first response isn’t good enough, here’s the path to a resolution.
OPPO India offers multiple customer support channels including a toll-free hotline, WhatsApp support, and email. For unresolved grievances, there is a designated Grievance Officer and an escalation helpline. If issues remain unresolved, consumers can approach the National Consumer Helpline or file a complaint with the Consumer Commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

For issues related to misleading advertisements, you may also approach the Central Consumer Protection Authority (CCPA) under the Ministry of Consumer Affairs.
Tips for a stronger escalation
Always keep a record of your purchase invoice, warranty card, and all communication with customer support.
Clearly explain the issue and the resolution you expect; be polite but firm.
If the first representative cannot help, ask to speak to a supervisor or request a complaint reference number.
Use written communication (email or chat) whenever possible to maintain a paper trail.
Escalate to the Grievance Officer only after giving the customer care team a reasonable chance to resolve the issue.
If approaching the consumer forum, ensure you file within the limitation period of two years from the date of the cause of action.
Stop chasing emails
Log the complaint once in the Simply C2 app and keep every escalation step, date and reply in one place.
