Background: A leading MNC sells tanker truck equipment for bulk transport of petroleum products to retail outlets (gas stations/ petrol pumps).

We made it possible for the service technicians raise service estimates from their mobile apps. The quotes would be pushed to the drivers mobile app and also sent to the owners on whatsapp.

The technicians would start repair only when they received an approval of the estimates. This ensured smooth functioning of depot maintenance service operation pan-India.

We created custom notifications for specific requirements of Depot Maintenance. We also enabled 2-way whatsapp based messaging.
