The Starter Plan offers essential features related to repair ticket logging and closing. It is limited to 30 users; but valid for a lifetime.
Under the premium plan you can add unlimited users, for a month or year at a time. The Premium Plan includes several additional features like the ability to log and handle other ticket types like PM, Installation, Calibration etc.
The pricing is per user per month for a Premium User Account. You can choose to pay every month or per year. An Annual payment entitles you to a substantial discount over the monthly payment option.
