What do the Service Providers - CRM User plans offer?

The Service Providers – CRM User plan is tailored for businesses offering services. It comes in two variants: Starter Plan and Premium Plan.

What's the difference between the Starter and Premium Plans?

The Starter Plan offers essential features related to repair ticket logging and closing. It is limited to 30 users; but valid for a lifetime.

Under the premium plan you can add unlimited users, for a month or year at a time. The Premium Plan includes several additional features like the ability to log and handle other ticket types like PM, Installation, Calibration etc.

Pricing policy

The pricing is per user per month for a Premium User Account. You can choose to pay every month or per year. An Annual payment entitles you to a substantial discount over the monthly payment option.

Do you offer refunds on purchases/ upgrades?

We do not offer refunds. Please use the opportunity to test out our free Starter Plan and ask our sales team for demonstrating the capabilities of the Premium Plan before committing to a purchase.

You can subscribe for as little as a month. And renew every month.

Do I need to enter credit card details for the Basic User plan?

No, Simply C2 Basic User plan doesn’t require credit card details. It’s truly free! And it’s valid for a lifetime so long as your users do not exceed 30.
